The future incomes feature has been upgraded into a clearer income milestone view. Instead of the old setup, you can now map expected pay rises, job changes, and other income step-changes as milestones over time, making projections feel more natural and much easier to understand.

Weβve added voluntary overpayments to the student loan calculator. You can now add a one-off lump sum or a monthly overpayment and see how that practically impacts your repayment projection.
The calculator shows these extra payments separately from any required repayments in the summary, charts, and yearly and monthly breakdowns, so itβs easier to see what the overpayments are actually doing. We built this because βshould I overpay my student loan?β is one of those questions where the answer really depends on your unique situation.
We are planning to improve this feature by adding overpay vs invest scenario comparisons in a future release.
Want to try it for your yourself? Head to studentloancalculator.co.uk.
